Yediel Kadosh is the founder of KADOSH, where he advises high-net-worth individuals and businesses of all sizes on a wide array of corporate and commercial matters, often as outside general counsel.

Rejecting the hyper-specialization common across the legal industry, he believes clients are better served by counsel with a broad base of experience across practice areas and industries. He is also an entrepreneur in his own right, having owned and operated three food & beverage concepts in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood.

Before founding KADOSH, he worked in-house at an aviation company on cross-border finance transactions, and in acquisition and legal roles at real estate investment and development companies.
